JP Coleman State Park, where Catfishing With Keith is held each year, offers multiple types of camping to accommodate any size camper, RV or the outdoor enthusiast that likes to rough it in a tent. If you own a camper, RV or tent and prefer to make use of that you are more than welcome. You will need to make your camping reservations online at the JP Coleman web site.
$185 – provides all food for five days as well as misc items required (cups, ice, bait, etc)
Don’t plan on spending a large amount of time at your campsite as previous attendees have noted: “All we did was sleep in our camper, everyone was always at the motel. We got up early and left, and then came back only to shower.”
The following image below shows you the best camping spots as these are near the water, showers, fish cleaning station and the boat ramp. Very scenic, you’ll love it! Try to book inside the loop, or outside the loop near the water.
